(Pottawattamie Co.) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports Kaci Jean Perkins, 34, was arrested after a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Malibu with no plates and speeding in the 37000 block of Pinoak. Perkins was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense (Other Schedule I, II, III, IV and V Controlled Substance), Operating a Non Registered Vehicle and Speeding.
Christopher Eugene Smith, 37, was arrested following a traffic stop on July 12th for Theft 3rd – Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories, and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Canceled or Revoked. Smith admitted to stealing the license plate off of another vehicle.
Pamela Louis Saul, 35, was arrested after Deputies responded to a property damage accident at Coldwater Avenue and Old Lincoln Highway on July 13th. Saul was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for Operating Under the Influence Third or Subsequent Offense.
Christopher James Malone, 35, was arrested following a traffic stop on July 8th. Malone, a passenger in the vehicle, was arrested on outstanding warrants for Violation of Probation.
Joseph Vincent Martinez II, 31, turned himself in on July 8th on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
Richard Hildebrand II, 43, was arrested following a traffic stop at Old Mormon Bridge Road and 152nd Street on July 9th for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Rachel Nicole Adams, 36, was arrested following a traffic stop near Joslin and Mormon Bridge Road on July 11th for Driving While Barred and on a warrant for Failure to Appear.
David Daniel Good, 47, was arrested following a traffic stop on July 12th for Driving While Barred.
Seven teens, ages 15-17, were charged with Possession/Purchase of Alcohol by Person Under 18 after deputies were dispatched to the 16000 block of Crystal Lane on July 11th for a report of several juveniles on location drinking.
A 17-year-old male was charged with Theft 5th – Shoplifting after Deputies were dispatched to the Taylor Quik Pik on Wabash Avenue on July 12th for a theft report. The caller stated that the juvenile entered the store and stole vape pens and left in a gray Ford Edge.
