Harlan Police Department Reports the Death of K9 Jax

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department announced on Tuesday morning of the passing of K9 “Jax”. Officials stated on the Department’s Facebook Page,  K9 “Jax” faithfully served the Department for nine years and will be “greatly missed”. Jax, assigned to Officer Tim Pederson, was certified in Tracking-Trailing, and Narcotics. Jax died of natural causes.
