(Creston) The Creston Police Department report three arrests over the weekend.
On Friday, Police arrested 28-year old Kegan Kirscher of Lorimor, who is currently being held in the Union County Jail, with a Clarke County Warrant for the charge of Violation of a No Contact Order. The bond for this charge was set at $300.
On Friday, Police arrested 43-year Toby Simpson of Creston on the 200 blocks of W Montgomery on a Union County Warrant for Violation of Probation on the original charge of OWI 1st. He was released from the Union County Jail on a $1000 bond.
On Saturday, Creston Police arrested 36-year old Amanda A. Hensley of Bedford, on the 100 blocks of W Taylor on a Nodaway County, Missouri, warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She is being held in the Adams County Jail, awaiting extradition.
