(Creston) Creston Police report one arrest, one citation, and one theft.
Police arrested 24-year old Emily L. Maxfield, of Melcher, on Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center on a Union County Warrant for the charge of 4th-degree theft. Authorities transported Maxfield to the Adams County Jail and held her on a $1000 bond.
Police cited 40-year old Alberto Aguirre of Creston on Tuesday on a Summons to Appear for allowing an animal to run at large.
Hanna Hagle of Creston reported that sometime between 11 pm on Monday and 7:30 am on Tuesday, someone stole her purple 2007 Ford Edge from the driveway of her residence. The loss is estimated at $5000.
