Please be on the lookout for a missing special needs 4-year-old male from the area of 19th and Cyclone Ave in Harlan. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve green shirt with a T-Rex on the front, gray pants, and no shoes. If located please dial 911 or call 712-755-5151.
