(Clarinda) A Clarinda man was arrested on warrants out of Mills County and Cass County.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says 40-year-old Phillip Jay McClish was arrested today (Friday) at his residence in Clarinda on a Mills County warrant for possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense (bond $2,000 cash or surety) and a Cass County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of Theft 4th (bond $1,000 cash only).
McClish is being held in the Page County Jail pending transportation to above mentioned counties.
