(Guthrie Co.) The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors approved the sale of two parcels of county owned land to David Brown at their meeting Tuesday morning.
Guthrie County Auditor Dani Fink explained that at some point the county became owners of these two parcels of land at Diamondhead Lake and the county was unaware they owned these parcels until David Brown approached them about purchasing the parcels of land.
In other action, the board approved Engineer Josh Sebern’s request for an advance on the wind farm TIF bond in the amount of $700,000 to be used for some bridge repairs.
