(Council Bluffs) The Iowa Department of Corrections says Jonathon Mandel Clausell, convicted of Robbery 2nd Degree and other crimes in Union County, failed to report back to the Council Bluffs Residential Correctional Facility as required last night.
Clausell is a 36-year-old black male, height 5’10”, and weighs 195 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on February 23, 2021.
