Pottawattamie County Woman arrested on Drug-related charges in Red Oak

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 20-year old Madison Jane Franzen of Council Bluffs on Sunday for possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers transported Franzen to the Montgomery County Jail. She was being held on a $300.00 bond.

In a separate case;  Red Oak Police arrested 35-year old Randon Daniel Phelps, of Red Oak for Driving While Revoked. Officers transported Phelps to the Montgomery County Jail. Phelps was being held on a $1,000 bond.
