(Creston) Creston Police report an alcohol-related arrest and a Protection Order Violation over the weekend.
Police arrested 47-year old Grant P. Ponder, of Cortez, Colorado, on Sunday, at 102 W. Taylor Street on the charge of Public Intoxication. He was released from the Union County Jail on a Promise to Appear.
Creston Police arrested 44-year old Ian Stover, of Creston, on Sunday, at his residence on the charge of Violation of a Protection Order. He is being held in the Union County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
