Montgomery County Man arrested for failing to appear for Animal Neglect

(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested 39-year old Jared Michael Nyquist of Red Oak in the 700 block of East Oak Street on Thursday to appear for animal neglect.

Police transported Nyquist to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on a $2,500 cash-only bond.
