(Clarinda) The Page County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday arrested Jeremy Lynn Martin, 43, on a Page County Warrant for Harassment – 1st Degree. Martin was arrested at an apartment in Clarinda. He was transported to the Page County Jail where he is being held on $2,000 bond pending further court proceedings. The Clarinda Police Department assisted in the arrest.
