(Atchison, KS) Harlan graduate Joel Osborn has accepted the role of head football coach at Benedictine College.
Osborn played for Northwest Missouri State and spent the past decade as an assistant coach with the Bearcats. While at Northwest Missouri State he served as co-offensive coordinator in 2018 and 2019. Prior to accepting his head coaching role at Benedictine, Osborn was the Recruiting Coordinator and Running Backs coach for Northwest.
He will be officially introduced at Benedictine on Tuesday during a special Facebook live event. Benedictine is a Heart of America Athletic Conference member in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. Iowa schools Clarke, William Penn, Mount Mercy, Graceland, and Grand View are all in the same conference.
