(Sidney) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests from January 8 through January 11.
Deputies arrested 28-year old Joseph Alan Muellner of Randolph on January 8 for Assault Causing Serious Injury and Interference with 911 Communications. Pottawattamie County authorities arrested Muellner in connection to an assault on Randolph’s Christmas day. Muellner is being held on a $5,000 bond.
Deputies arrested 30-year old Rusty Allen Rose of Pana, Illinois, on January 9, near 110th Street and Jackson Blvd, in Tabor. Rose was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. He was held on a $2,000 bond.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office stopped a 1993 Chevrolet Corvette near West Street and Waubonsie Avenue in Tabor on Monday. Mills County K9 Zhen’s assistance led to the discovery of Methamphetamine inside the vehicle. The driver, 51-year old Scott Travis, of Tabor, was taken into custody for Methamphetamine, Driving While Suspended, Expired Plates, and No Insurance. Travis is being held on a $1,000 bond.
