(Creston) Creston Police on Sunday arrested 49-year old Michael Williams of Creston for Failure to appear on the original charge of Violation of Probation. Failure to appear on the original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, Impeding Air Flow.
Williams was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Offense.
Williams is being held in the Union County Jail on a $16,000 bond.
Cody Hatfield, 28, was arrested at the Creston Police Department on a Union County Warrant for Violation of Probation in a separate arrest. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
On January 4th at 3:38 a.m., Officers were dispatched to Quik Pawn at 101 W Taylor Street for a commercial burglary alarm. Upon Officer’s arrival they discovered structural damage to the building and multiple items taken.
