(Council Bluffs) Two people suffered injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Pottawattamie County.
The Iowa State Patrol says the accident happened at around 8:04 p.m. on Monday at Joslin Road north of Monument Road. Authorities identified the two injured persons as 32-year old Justin Colton, Council Bluffs, and 32-year old Shayla Wright of Omaha.
According to the report, Justin Colton lost control of a northbound 2001 PT Cruiser. The car entered the west ditch and struck a barbed-wire fence. The car then entered the eastbound ditch and rolled to rest on its’ top on the northbound shoulder.
Crescent Rescue transported Justin Colton and Shayla Wright to Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs.
