(Union Co.) Two people were injured in a rollover accident in Union County Saturday morning.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Jessica Kelley, of Afton, was driving a 2014 Kia Sportage southbound on Owl Avenue at approximately 1:53 a.m. when a deer came out of the ditch. Kelley tried to avoid the deer and lost control of the vehicle. The Kia went off into the ditch, causing the vehicle to roll and come to rest on its top.
Jessica Kelley and a passenger, 19-year-old Taylor Miller of Afton, were transported to the Greater Regional Medical Center by EMS.
