(Red Oak) Two people from Stanton face charges following a second call to their residence on Sunday afternoon.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year old Kaleb L. Wagaman, for Child Endangerment, and 37-year old Katie L. Wagaman, for Child Endangerment, and Domestic Abuse Assault.
Authorities say the incident involved a dispute over some property. The incident became physical. Authorities transported both subjects to the Montgomery Jail County. They were both held on bond.
In other activity; the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year old Ryan K. Richards, of Elliott on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, 2nd offense. Authorities transported Richards to the Montgomery County Jail where he was being held on a $1,000 bond.
