(Shambaugh) The Page County Sheriff’s Office executed a Taylor County, Iowa arrest warrant for Sex Offender Registry violation on Philip Everett Brownfield, 50, of Shambaugh, at his residence Wednesday.
Brownfield was arrested without incident and transported to the Taylor County / Page County Line, where custody was transferred to the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Bond on the warrant was $2,000 cash or surety.
