(Griswold) A Greenfield man was cited for passing in a no-passing zone following an accident in Griswold on November 13th.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says a 2002 Ford Explorer, driven by 76-year-old Cheryl Lou Reynolds of Elliott, was traveling westbound on Main Street and began to turn left onto Montgomery Street when it was struck in the front driver’s side by a 1998 Peterbilt, driven by 58-year-old Steven Eugene Feick of Greenfield. Feick had attempted to pass the vehicle on the left.
No injuries were reported.
The damage to the Ford Explorer was estimated at $4,500. The damage to the Peterbilt was estimated at $3,000.
