(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Dean Robert Whaley Jr., 23, of Russell, Iowa, was arrested following a traffic stop in Stanton Monday afternoon for Driving While License Barred and Fraudulent use of Plates. He was held on $650 bond.
Shay Michael Berglund, 37, of Stanton, was arrested Monday evening for Domestic Serious Assault. He was held on no bond.
