(Harlan) The media report from the Harlan Police Department shows two arrests.
58-year-old Jeffrey Alan Schmidt, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on July 23rd. Schmidt was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with public intoxication.
Joel Guzman Cabrera, 27, of Omaha, was arrested following a traffic stop on August 2nd. Guzman Cabrera was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with operating while intoxicated and improper rear lamp.
