(Creston) The Creston Police Department reports one arrest and vandalism.
John Neely, 45, was arrested Monday in the 500 block of W Buckeye on the charge of Driving While Suspended. He was released from the Union County Jail on $300 bond.
The Bookwyrm, at 210 N Maple, reported that sometime between midnight and 3:00 a.m. on Monday someone had vandalized the pop machine at the business. The estimated damage is $25.
