Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.

Brian Joseph McCormick, 33, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday at Old Lincoln Highway and Mudhollow Road. McCormick was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Andrew Robert Dilley, 21, was arrested following a traffic stop on Friday at 280^th and Highway 92. Dilley was charged with Driving While Barred.

Kimberly Ann Thomas, 57, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday at Highway 59 and N La Vista Heights Road. Thomas was charged with Driving While Barred.

Daniel Charles Thomas, 39, of Honey Creek, was arrested following a traffic stop on Sunday in the 22000 block of Old Lincoln Highway. Thomas was charged with Driving While Barred.

Denice Ann Giovannoni, 45, was turned herself in Friday on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 4^th.
