Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Atlantic) Two people were arrested on Theft charges in Cass County.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says as the result of an investigation, Suzann Marie Hensley, 18, of Corning, was arrested July 23^rd on a Sheriff’s Office warrant for Theft 2^nd Degree. Hensley was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on $5,000 bond. The following day, Dallas Lee Laible, 27, of Corning, turned himself in at the Cass County Jail on a Sheriff’s Office warrant for Theft 2^nd Degree regarding the same investigation. He was released later that day on $5,000 bond.

The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Ryan Joel Castle, 36, of Wabash, Indiana, on July 22^nd on a charge of Burglary 2^nd Degree and Domestic Assault 1^st Offense. Castle was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was held on $11,000 bond.

Seth William Max Stephenson, 18, of Anita, was arrested July 24^th on a Sheriff’s Office warrant for Sex Abuse 3^rd Degree. Stephenson was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $10,000 bond.
