Adair County Arrest Report

(Adair Co.) Eight arrests were reported in Adair County last week.

The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Alexander Estrada, 31, of Stuart, on July 17^th for Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury. Estrada was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Brennen Meyer Weiland, 22, of Greenfield, was arrested July 16^th on a Wayne County warrant for Controlled Substance Violation. He was held on $5,000 cash only bond.

The Stuart Police Department arrested Jesse Andrew Queener, 24, of Stuart, on July 15^th for Violation of a No Contact Order. He was held on $500 cash or surety bond.

Austin David Peters, 37, of Dickinson, North Dakota, was arrested July 12^th for OWI 1^st Offense. He was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Iowa State Patrol arrested Birdell Brockington, 23, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, on July 13^th for Possession of Marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

Alexy Maritza Lopez, 26, of Allentown, Pennsylvania, was arrested July 13^th for OWI 1^st Offense. She was released on her own recognizance.

The Greenfield Police Department arrested Kimberly Lynn Lankford, 50, of Greenfield, on July 12^th for Domestic Assault – Bodily Injury. She was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.

The Adair Police Department arrested Clint Adam Burk, 45, of Atlantic, on July 15^th for OWI 1^st Offense and Open Container – Driver. He was released on his own recognizance.
