(Council Bluffs) One person is in custody and two others are at-large following a burglary at the South Expressway Motel 6 in Council Bluffs.
The victim stated two females-one brandishing a hatchet, and one male entered her hotel room and stole some items. The victim and her boyfriend chased down the females and were able to retrieved at least some of their belongings.
Council Bluffs Police located the male suspect and took him into custody. The female suspects got away before officer’s arrived.
The case is under investigation and no names were released.
