(Creston) Creston Police report four arrests on Wednesday.
Police arrested 31-year old TJ Neil Swan, of Promise City, Iowa early Wednesday morning for Simple. Officers’ issued Swan a citation with a Promise to Appear.
Creston Police arrested Danny Ray Bird Jr. of Creston at his residence for simple assault. Authorities transported Bird Jr. to jail and later released him on a promise to appear.
Police arrested 55-year old Craig Allen Hauser, homeless, for trespassing. Police cited Hauser and released him on a promise to appear. Less than an hour later, Officer’s arrested Hauser again this time for public intoxication. Authorities transported him to jail where he was held on a $300.00 bond.
