(Corning) A man faces numerous charges following a train/vehicle accident in Adams County.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office received a call Sunday afternoon after a train struck a vehicle at the intersection near the Tulip and 180th intersection. Arriving deputies discovered the two occupants of the car exited before the train crashed into it.
An investigation led to the arrest of Ryan Gordon from Creston. Authorities charged Gordon with Operating While Intoxicated 3rd offense, Public Intoxication, 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, and Railroad vandalism.
