(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Jacob Lee Roberson, 38, of Macedonia, was charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Serious Injury after Deputies were dispatched to 38910 Pioneer Trail near Macedonia for a personal injury accident.
Kathleen Marie Gerhardt, 45, of Oakland, was arrested following a traffic stop on Tuesday. Gerhardt was charged with Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order – Contempt.
Phillip Jerome Moore II, 32, of Kearney, Nebraska, was arrested early this morning after Deputies were dispatched to Old Lincoln Highway and Mystic Lane for a personal injury accident. Moore was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
