(Des Moines) The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Adair, Cass, Audubon, Guthrie, Carroll and Crawford Counties until 7:00 a.m. on Friday morning.
Forecasters say scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events up to two inch in diameter is possible. Additionally, isolated wind gust up to 70 miles per hour could occur.
