(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.
Dan Douglas Christensen, 46, of Atlantic, was arrested May 29th on charges of OWI 1st Offense (Serious) and Driving While Suspended (Simple). Christensen was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
Wade Allan Anderson, 56, of Atlantic, was arrested May 30th on a Polk County warrant. Anderson was taken to the Cass County Jail and later released to Polk County authorities.
Cole Austin Holaday, 23, of Elk Horn, was arrested May 31st on charges of Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense (Serious) and OWI 1st Offense (Serious). Holaday was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
Daryl D Armstrong, 60, and Leslie Katherine Herrick, 33, both of Anita, were arrested June 1st on one charge each of Violation of No Contact Order (Simples). Parties were cited to appear in court at a later date.
