(Council Bluffs) Joseph Flory Rzonca, 61, was charged Wednesday after Deputies were called to a disturbance in Avoca involving a landlord and a renter. Rzonca was cited with Harassment 2nd Degree and released.
Blake Michael Zweck, 24, and a 17-year-old male were arrested early this morning after Deputies attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Westfair on Highway 6. Both were charged with Theft 1st – Motor Vehicle Theft over $10,000.
Mackenzie Lynn Koesters, 18, turned herself in Tuesday on a warrant for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Charles Frederick Pennington, Jr., 27, turned himself in Wednesday on a warrant for Criminal Mischief 5th Degree.
