(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports one arrest and two citations.
Phillip Bradley Pool, 44, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on April 25th. Pool was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with domestic abuse.
Mark Leslie Thomas, 60, of Crescent, was cited April 27th for driving under suspension and seatbelt violation.
Kimberly Desiree Kidd, 32, of Harlan, was cited April 27th for driving while suspended and no insurance following a traffic stop.
