Mills County Sheriff’s Report

(Glenwood) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.

Vincent James Cerny, 43, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Monday on a warrant for Theft 1st. Bond was set at $10,000.

Devon Lee Newlan, 23, of Council Bluffs, was arrested Tuesday for Driving While Barred, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Speeding. Bond was set at $4,000.
