Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.

Joseph Michael Shanks, 61, was arrested Sunday in the area of McPherson Avenue and Valley View Drive for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine 1^st Offense.

A 16-year-old male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1^st Offense after Deputies conducted a check on a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of 152^nd Street on Saturday.

Joshua David Johnson, 43, was arrested early this morning on a warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault 1^st Offense Causing Bodily Injury.
