Cass County Sheriff’s Report

(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports eleven arrests from March 2^nd through March 11^th.

Mark Allen Funk, 61, of Griswold, was arrested March 11^th for Going Armed with Intent and False Imprisonment. He was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on $6,000 bond. Steven Darrell Funk, 54, of Griswold, was also cited into court at this time on a charge of False Imprisonment.

Jason Richard Tasto, 43, of Lewis, was arrested March 11^th for Domestic Abuse Assault 2^nd Offense. He was taken to the Cass County Jail and held on $1,000 bond.

Catherine Josephine Charles, 26, of Atlantic, was arrested March 9^th on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. She was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on her own recognizance.

Cody Michael Johnson, 33, of West Des Moines, was arrested March 7^th on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. He was taken to the Cass County Jail and held on $5,000 bond.

Charles Clyde Burns, 58, of Atlantic, was arrested March 7^th on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he was held on $20,000 bond.

Tyler Lee Crawley, 30, and John Duane Anderson, 45, both of Cumberland, were arrested March 6^th for Disorderly Conduct. Both men were taken to the Cass County Jail. Anderson was released later that day on $300 bond. Crawley pled guilty the following day and was released.

Balam Andres Soto Marquez, 36, of Des Moines, was arrested March 5^th for Possession of Marijuana 3^rd or Subsequent Offense. He was taken to the Cass County Jail where he pled guilty to the charge and was transferred to Polk County authorities on a Polk County warrant.

Beth Renee Perdue, 34, of Red Oak, was arrested March 4^th on a District Court warrant for Probation Violation. She was taken to the Cass County Jail where she was held on $4,000 bond.

Shane Edwin Davis, 43, of Stuart, was arrested March 2^nd on a Dallas County warrant. He was taken to the Cass County Jail and transferred the following day to Dallas County authorities.
