(Council Bluffs) A Council Bluffs man was arrested for theft of a vehicle.
The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Brendyn O’Dell Rutherford Malone was arrested following a traffic stop at 4:22 this morning. The vehicle was matching the description of a vehicle recently stolen from Neola. Rutherford Malone was charged with Theft 2nd – Motor Vehicle and Violation of Probation.
The Sheriff’s Office also reports Darrell Jacob Kackley, 31, of Council Bluff, turned himself in on a warrant Wednesday for Sex Abuse 2nd – Sodomy.
Scott Thomas Appleton, 50, turned himself in on a warrant Wednesday for Burglary 3rd Degree – Vehicle.
Kathleen Marie Gerhardt, 44, of Carson, was arrested Wednesday for Domestic Abuse Assault 2nd Offense.
