(Dubuque) Former Atlantic standout and Emmaus Bible College star Tiffany Williams was named NCCAA North Region Basketball MVP for the second consecutive season.
Tiffany Williams, a senior, the top vote-getter, led the Lady Eagles this season in rebounds and steals, averaging 18.2 points, 12.8 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and seven steals per game.
Williams and Emmaus Bible College are playing in the NCCAA DII Women’s National Basketball Tournament next week. The Lady Eagles are the #5 seed in the 8-team tournament and square off against #4 seed Pensacola Christian Eagles on Wednesday, March 11, at 4:00 p.m. (central standard time), at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri.
