The Lady Vikes held off an improving Treynor squad and got some help from IKM-Manning which beat Logan-Magnolia. AHSTW can win the conference outright with a victory over Tri-Center on Tuesday. In the Treynor win Kisney Scheffler had 12 points and 5 rebounds. Claire Harris recorded 12 points and 7 steals. Claire Denning’s line included 12 point and 5 rebounds.
Denison-Schleswig 46, Atlantic 40
Denison-Schleswig was led in scoring by Hannah Neemann’s 16 points. Atlantic had 16 from Haley Rasmussen. McKenzie Waters scored 12.
Nodaway Valley 66, Lenox 31
The Wolverines are Pride of Iowa Conference champs. The last time they could make that claim was 2011-12. Maddax DeVault and Lexi Shike each scored 14 points, Corinne Bond had 13, Reagan Weinheimer 11, and Alyssa Davis 10. The Wolverines have won 8 straight to get to 18-2 overall.
