Kailey Jones went for 18 points and 13 rebounds while Kinsey Scheffler had 16 points and 9 rebounds. Claire Harris submitted 14 points, 6 rebounds, and 6 assists for the 15-1 Lady Vikes. They lead the Western Iowa Conference at 11-1. Logan-Magnolia is 10-2. AHSTW hosts the Panthers on Friday in a game we’ll have on KSOM. The 14 points allowed on Tuesday matches a season best. They gave up 6 in the 1st quarter, 2 in the 2nd, and 3 each in the 3rd and 4th.

Atlantic jumps a game above .500 at 8-7. McKenzie waters put the Trojans in front with :04 left by burying a pair of free-throws. Atlantic has doubled their win total from last year. Waters scored 17 and Lauren Nicholas came through with 15. Mallory Badding led Kuemper Catholic with 21.
Audubon 67, Riverside 36
Audubon’s Jaci Christensen had a career high 23 points on 10/13 shooting. She grabbed 10 rebounds and was 3/3 on free-throws. Leah Subbert put in 5 shots beyond the arc for 15 points. Aleah Hermansen came up with 10 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Riverside got a career high from Ashlynn Amdor with 27 points.
Harlan 37, Denison-Schleswig 33
The Cyclone go to 8-8 on the year with their 4th win in the last 5 games. They avenge a prior one point loss to the Monarchs. Harlan allowed just three field goals after halftime. Claire Schmitz scored 13 and Ashley Hall had 12. Brecken Van Baale came up with some big shots in the 4th and scored 8 points on the night.
Nodaway Valley 69, Bedford 36
A 21-3 1st quarter advantage set the tone and a 23-8 3rd quarter put the game away. Maddax DeVault scored 17 points for the 13-2 Wolverines, winners of 6/7. Alyssa Davis and Lexi Shike each scored 12.
Woodward-Granger 44, ACGC 40
Kylie Young had 12 points and 5 rebounds, but no other Charger scored more than 6. ACGC moves to 9-7 on the year. They trailed 18-17 at the half, and then were outscored 13-6 in the third. They made up some ground in the 4th, but couldn’t complete the comeback.
