Harlan Police report two arrests

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.

Elizabeth Nadine Smith, 20, of Plattsmouth, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on January 10^th. Smith was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Larry Meurer, 67, of Harlan, was arrested on an active Shelby County warrant on January 13^th. Meurer was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Harassment.
