(Omaha/Valley, NE.) A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Pottawattamie, Mills, and Fremont counties until 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
Forecasters say occasional freezing drizzle will result in light icing on untreated roads and sidewalks through this evening. Light snow is occurring with minor accumulations around a half-inch for portions of southwest Iowa until 9:00 p.m.
Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions, as well as sidewalks and decks. Light icing on windshields may also occur.
