(Creston) Creston Police report three arrests and four incidents over the weekend.
*Police arrested 26-year old Zakary Titus, of Des Moines on Friday for charges of Eluding, OWI 1st, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd or Subsequent, Possession of Paraphernalia, Driving While Barred and Reckless Driving. He is being held in the Union County Jail on a $ 13,000 bond.
*Police arrested 41-year old Chrystal McNutt of Mount Ayr, on Friday for 5th – Degree Theft. Officers cited McNutt and released her from the scene on a summons to appear.
*Police arrested 27-year old Dustin Boyd, of San Angelo, Texas, on Saturday for the charge of Public Intoxication. He was released from the Union County Jail on $300 bond.
* Terry Brown, 122 Manor Dr., in Creston on Friday reported that sometime between 08/19/20-08/21/20 someone entered his vehicle parked in the lot at his residence and took his sunglasses and paperwork on the vehicle. The estimated loss is $375.
* John Onstank, 606 S Maple, in Creston on Saturday reported that sometime in the past 48 hours someone had vandalized and destroyed his beehives located at 709 Lakeshore Dr. Estimated loss of $4200.
* Michael Eblen, 1806 Eblen Lane, in Creston, on Sunday, reported that sometime in the past 72 hours the window to the door of his Cat Loader was broken out while parked at 709 Lakeshore Dr. Estimated Damage of $600.
*John Onstank, 606 S Maple, in Creston on Sunday, reported that during the overnight hours of 08/22- 8/23 someone had entered his vehicle and took a roll of quarters and paperwork on his vehicle while parked at his residence. The estimated loss is $20.
