(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested an Omaha man for interference with official acts and a Red Oak woman for assault in their latest arrest report.
Police arrested 23-year old Page Pettis of Omaha on Sunday for Interference with official acts following a traffic stop on Highway 48 just north of Highway 34. Officers transported Pettis to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was held on a $300.00 bond.
In a separate case on Sunday, Police responding to a dispute in the 200 blocks of W. 3rd Street, arrested 57-year old Kathy Kay Waggoner of Red Oak. Authorities charged Waggoner with simple assault. Officers transported Waggoner to the Montgomery County Jail and held her on a $300.00 bond.
