More information on the vacant lot the City of Greenfield is taking sealed bids for

(Greenfield) Greenfield City Clerk Becky Haase released more details on the vacant lot the City is taking sealed bids for.

The lot at 102 SW 3^rd was given to the City by the Development Corporation back in 2016. The City took down the house that was there and filled in the lot. She said they had been offering the lot for sale for several years and had not had any interest in it. Haase said they will be taking sealed bids for the lot and there are some stipulations.

The sealed bids will be opened and reviewed by the City Council at the September 8^th meeting. The bids and application need to be in to the City by September 4^th at 4:00  p.m.
