(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Board of Supervisors discussed the sale of county property at their meeting last week.
Montgomery County Auditor Stephanie Burke said the county continues to look for items that can be put on the auction.
“The History Center in Red Oak is coming to look at the items, some of them are historical pieces of the Courthouse, so they will come look at those and if they see anything then they’re going to display them at the History Center,” said Burke.
Burke said everything else that has been gathered will be put up for auction in September.
In other news, the Supervisors appointed Amanda Hill to the Veteran Affairs Commission.
