(Cass Co.) The Cass County Conservation Board is holding a “Stand Up Paddleboard” Demonstration on Saturday, August 29th at Cold Springs Park.
Stand Up Paddleboard is not only fun, it offers as a total body work-out and offers a unique perspective when it comes to being on the water. After a quick demonstration you can try out the boards for yourself.
There are five spots available at 9:00 a.m. and two spots available at 10:30 a.m.
The program is free, but you must reserve a spot by calling 712-769-2372. The Program will be cancelled if there are unsafe weather conditions on the Lake.
If you do not bring a life jacket one will be provided to you. Children must be 16 years or older. Paddler must weigh less than 250 LBS.
