(Shenandoah) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Nicholas Lee Steinhoff, of Shenandoah, on July 4th following an investigation into Sex Offender Registration Violations. Steinhoff was transported to the Page County Jail on $2,000 bond.
