(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests and one theft in their latest release.
Robin Lorraine Sevier of Orient, reported a stolen 2009 Harley Davidson FLHX from 1009 N. Cherry Street, between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., during the time frame of June 30 and July 1. Officials estimated the value to be $18,000.
Police arrested 55-year old Craig Allen Hauser, who is homeless, on Thursday, for Trespassing at 804 W. Taylor Street. Authorities cited Hauser and released him on a promise to appear.
Creston Police arrested 61-year old James Verle Scott of Creston on Thursday for OWI, 1st Offense. Officers transported Scott to the Union County Jail. Authorities released him on a $1,000 bond.
